Sanjay had a couple of successful business ventures of his own, and he supported several start-ups and small businesses to grow and flourish. He was one of the pioneers in IT and systems development in India, and effectively contributed to the wave of outsourcing services in Singapore, Australia, UK and USA. During that period, Sanjay worked at the senior management positions for Hindustan Computers Limited (HCL), Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Software Technology Group (STG) and was instrumental in developing global application software markets. 

Until April 2019, he was managing information security at KLA-Tencor for the past seven years. Prior to that, he was a Business Leader at Visa, managing IT Audits & IT security initiatives.

A post-graduate in Mathematics from IIT Delhi and an MBA from Lucknow University, Sanjay is a certified information systems auditor (CISA), a certified information security manager (CISM), a specialist in information security risk mitigation (CISSP), certified in risk and information systems control (CRISC.) He has been a regular speaker and contributor for Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) and Information System Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and other professional organizations.

Alok Khare has a Masters Degree in Comp Si and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engg. with a gold medal. His current focus area is on Security Automation and Self Driving Processes using AI and Machine Learning techniques.

He has several innovative concepts to his credit with his idea featuring in IBM’s annual report. He has developed or managed 12 products, and several software services in CRM, BI, RPA ( Robotic Process Automation), SaaS, and Devices. Several of his products have gained a majority market share.

Lily O’Neil

Lily O’Neill is a seasoned professional in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) with a long career in the healthcare industry passionate for improving clinical care and services and for decreasing inefficiencies within the systems of care.

Lily has a Master Certificate in Lean Six Sigma for Healthcare, a Master of Science in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology.
